A Tourism Tax Fee applies to this reservation. This mandatory government tax is applicable to all guests staying at registered accommodations in Mauritius and is calculated based on the number of guests and nights booked.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
A booking fee and a departure cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
Rates are quoted per day.
Advertised rates and minimum stay requirements are seasonal and may vary accordingly.
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
Please note that, in support of a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reasonable reimbursement may be requested.
